Billie Shepard & Associates combines the best of acting techniques and speech training with savvy business experience. We offer a variety of training opportunities at your workplace, on location at conferences, in classroom settings and one-on-one coaching sessions, as well as short brown-bag topics for workgroup meetings or luncheons.

By special arrangement, Academy Award winning star of "Little Miss Sunshine" Alan Arkin will lead a 2-day offsite improvisational workshop designed to help teams and individuals unleash the power of spontaneity and creative problem solving in business.

Our group works closely with Leading Initiatives Worldwide, a global leadership and organizational development consultancy.

UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, SANTA CRUZ EXTENSION
WOMEN IN BUSINESS INSTITUTE
Billie Shepard is the founder and coordinator of the Women in Business Institute at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Women now represent approximately 50% of the workforce nationally, yet hold only 12.4% of the corporate office positions within Fortune 500 firms.

She created this institute as a remedy to help women managers and executives continue to progress in the workplace. Courses include:
